Your Next Steps:

1. Apply to CCC or Update Your Application

New to CCC? Complete the free application to get started.

Already took classes through Dual Enrollment? Welcome back! You do not need to submit a new application. Instead, update your student application information and let us help you transition from dual enrollment to college student status.

You will receive an email from Admissions with your next steps.

2. Set Up Your Student Account

You will receive instructions by email on how to activate your CCC student account.

Once activated, all future communication from CCC will be sent to your student email. Check it regularly and respond promptly if Admissions requests additional information to complete your enrollment.

3. Apply for Financial Aid

Don’t skip this step. Financial aid can make college more affordable than many students realize.

Explore the FAFSA, scholarships, and programs such as Comet Promise to help cover the cost of your education.

4. Meet With an Advisor

Whether you know exactly what you want to study or are still exploring your options, an advisor can help.

You’ll discuss course placement, explore programs and Fields of Interest, select your first classes, and create a plan for your first semester.

5. Register for Classes

Once your plan is in place, you’ll register for classes through your student portal.

Your advisor will help ensure you’re taking the right courses to reach your goals.

6. Pay Tuition and Fees

Submit payment before the deadline to secure your spot in class.

7. Get Ready for Day One
