How can we help?

Build a Career in Manufacturing Maintenance

CCC is the only community college in Arizona with a dedicated focus on manufacturing maintenance, and that matters for your career.

This hands-on program gives you real-world training on the same equipment used by top local employers like Nestlé Purina, FrameTec, and Woodsyn Construction Materials LLC. Whether you are just starting out in manufacturing, looking to build new skills, or ready to make a career change, this program is designed to get you job-ready.

The manufacturing maintenance curriculum is state-approved and offered through ReadyTechGo, a workforce development initiative from Arizona's Office of Economic Opportunity. That means the training you receive meets industry standards and is built around what employers in Arizona are actually hiring for.

Build Your Skills One Step at a Time

The AIT program offers two certificates that stack on top of each other, so you can start earning credentials right away and keep building from there.

Start with the AIT Level I Certificate and gain hands-on skills in industrial safety, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems. At just 16 credits, you can finish in about a year and be ready to step into an entry-level role in manufacturing maintenance.

Ready to go further? The AIT Level II Certificate picks up where Level I leaves off. You’ll add advanced skills in robotics, programmable logic controllers, process control systems, and industrial motors. Every credit you earned in Level I counts toward Level II, so you are never starting over.

Each certificate is a credential on its own. Together, they prepare you for a long-term career in one of Arizona’s fastest-growing industries.
